Changes in Diet

Begin to decrease your intake of gluten containing foods such as wheat and rye.

Cut back on your intake of dairy and sugar.

Changes in Lifestyle

Good Sleep: Your body is far more balanced if you go to bed earlier (at least during this course), so aim to get to bed (lights out) by around 10pm and try to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night.

Regular exercise: Every day or two, aim to walk briskly for 20-30 minutes as a minimum – but NOT soon after eating. Exercise is best done on an empty stomach (otherwise, digesting is compromised).
