  • How you eat your meals will greatly affect how well you digest food – and this directly affects your gut health.


  • Always eat in a settled manner, without watching TV or reading, or handling important matters. Good company, nice music and a quiet environment will all help digestion.


  • Don’t drink much with meals (or within an hour after eating). Too much liquid, especially if cold beverages, with or near food will dilute your digestive power and affect digestion.
