- Other Uses: Due to Dhatu agni deepana, Guduchi strengthens all of the Dhatus. It is considered the best single-herb Rasayana. It strengthens the small intestine; used in diarrhea, nausea, weak digestion (agnimandya), amlapitta (hyperacidity and GERD), and liver disorders. It acts as an alternative (blood-purifier): useful in Pitta inflammatory conditions, including eye, urinary, skin, respiratory and digestive disorders caused by Pitta. It is useful in Vata conditions including arthritis, chronic pain and spasms. Supports the immune system, supports proper function of the liver and kidneys, promotes healthy skin and a clear complexion and supports digestion and a healthy balance of intestinal flora.
