Modern Research

Deodar cedar and its components have been shown to have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antifungal, antiulcer, anticancer, immunomodulatory, and antihyperlipidemic, effects. It has also been shown to induce apoptosis in human cancer cells and stabilize mast cell activity and inhibit leukotriene synthesis
